Can I upgrade from Free to Pro at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Your existing QR codes and data will carry over seamlessly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You only need payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?
Your QR codes will continue to work. However, any codes beyond the Free plan limit will become read-only until you upgrade again or remove excess codes.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do dynamic QR codes expire?
Not by default. Your codes remain active as long as your account is active. Pro users can optionally set expiration dates for specific codes.
